$35,000 for your first store, $20,000 for store number 2-5, and $15,000 for your 6th location.

What about selecting the site for L&L?
You must lease, sublease, or acquire a site for the Franchised Business, subject to our approval. The site you select must meet our standards for environmental impact, demographic characteristics, traffic patterns, parking, predominant character of the neighborhood, competition from other businesses providing similar services within the area, proximity to other businesses and the nature of such businesses, size, appearance, and other physical characteristics of the site, and any other factors we may consider relevant to approving or disapproving a site. Additionally, while we do not require that you hire or retain a commercial real estate broker to assist you in securing an acceptable site, we encourage you to engage a qualified commercial real estate broker who has adequate experience with retail leasing opportunities and who is reasonably acceptable to us.
What is the typical size of an L&L?
A typical L&L restaurant is approximately 1,200 to 1,500 square feet space. However, the store may vary from 850 to 2,000 square feet.
Do you provide financing?
We do not offer direct or indirect financing nor will we guarantee your note, lease or other obligations.
What do you provide to assist a franchisee before the opening?
We will provide guidance on your site selection location, including our minimum standards for real estate guidelines and leasing.
We will provide you with a copy of our Standard Design Guideline, which outlines standard décor and layout plans that you can modify and adapt to conform to your approved location as specified by the architect or contractor. You will work closely with our Construction Project Manager from planning through to project completion.
We will lend you a copy of our Operations Manual, which contains mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, and procedures. This Manual is confidential and remains the property of L&L Franchise, Inc.
We will provide you with our initial training program, which includes training for you and your manager, or another individual designated by you, covering opening procedures, operational protocols, equipment training, and marketing training. We do not charge for the training; however, you will need to cover the costs of transportation and accommodation. Training is held in Honolulu, Hawaii.
What is the length of time before opening?
The typical length of time after you signed the lease agreement and opening an L&L ranges from 4 to 12 months.
Are you offering franchises in other countries?
We are open to expanding the L&L brand internationally. The initial franchise fee, monthly royalty fee and advertising fee may vary.
