You’ll receive our signature design package, featuring sample schematics and detailed specifications for building or customizing your restaurant. Franchisee Training

We want every L&L to feel like home — for you, your team, and your guests. That’s why our comprehensive training program gives you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to run your franchise smoothly. You'll learn everything from prepping and cooking our signature plate lunches to daily operations & procedures, equipment use & food safety, guest service protocols, and local marketing & promotional strategies. Our hands-on training will take place at our corporate headquarters in Honolulu, Hawaii, and at an operational L&L restaurant - we believe success starts from the ground up.

Marketing & Brand Support

As a franchisee, you’ll benefit from national and regional marketing campaigns designed to drive traffic and build brand love. Our Marketing Team works with you to create local promotions, social media buzz, community engagement, and will guide you in crafting a Grand Opening campaign that builds excitement and drives early traffic to your new location.
